House Rules

By making a reservation, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following fees:-

1) Smoking and consuming durian are prohibited inside the entire house. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM200.
2) Early check-in or late check-out is charged at RM50 per hour. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional charge of RM200. If you check-in 1 hour early or check-out 1 hour late without authorization, you are liable to pay the daily base rate or compensate us for any loss if the incoming guest cancels their reservation.
3) Lost remote control or key: There is an additional charge of RM200 per set to replace the remote control or padlock.
4) Electricity overuse: There will be an additional charge of RM200 if lights, water heater, and air-conditioner are not turned off when not in use or when leaving home, except for the fridge and Wi-Fi modem.
5) No parties, events, functions, or gatherings allowed. Violations will incur an additional charge of RM400 per night.
6) Excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM200.
7) No visitors are allowed, and overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are prohibited. Infants, babies, toddlers, and children are welcome, but each must be specified in your reservation. The number of people booked on the property must not exceed the reservation limit at any time. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM50 per person per night.
8) This property is located in a residential area. Please keep noise levels low (No loud music or voices) and do not disturb neighbours to avoid complaints. Quiet hours start at 11pm. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM400 or the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
9) Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM50.
10) Please ensure the place is left clean and tidy as you found it. Eating in the bedroom is not allowed. If you have used any dishes, pots, cups, etc., please wash them clean. If you have moved any furniture, especially the bed, please return it to its original position before leaving. Excessive dirtiness will incur an additional charge of RM200.
11) Cooking greasy foods, curries, and grilling are not allowed. Only simple cooking such as instant noodles, boiling, and preparing baby foods is permitted. Violations will result in an additional charge of RM100.
12) Pets disallow: Violations will be charged an extra charge of RM200 per night.
13) Please ensure that you park your car properly and legally. Avoid parking in front of other neighbouring units or on the roadside to prevent inconvenience or complaints from neighbours. Violators will be subject to an additional charge of RM200.
➤ We will collect a security deposit of RM400. The security deposit is refundable upon adherence to our House Rules.
➤ Please ensure you have a clean criminal record and do not bring any weapons onto the property. No drugs or illegal activities are permitted on our premises.
➤ Violation of the house rules may result in the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
➤ By booking in goodwill, you agree not to attempt to damage the property due to dissatisfaction with a ruling by any platform or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.
➤ Damaging any facilities in the house is strictly prohibited. You will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
➤ If failure to follow the house rules results in a need to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
➤ The guests are required to respect and adhere to all community guidelines on the property. Violations may result in additional charges.
